CPA, MSA, ASSURANCE SERVICES MANAGER
Michael joined Bruner-Cox LLP in 2005. He provides many services, including auditing and compliance reporting, due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, employee benefit plans, agreed-upon procedures, contract compliance, and various consulting services. He provides these accounting and auditing services for a variety of industries including, manufacturing, construction, and not-for-profit. Michael is a member of the Firm’s Manufacturing and Wholesale-Distribution Services Group along with the Construction and Real Estate Services Group.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Malone University. He earned his master’s degree in accountancy from The University of Akron.
He is a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is also a member of the Bridgestone Invitational Finance Committee and serves on the Junior Achievement Bowl-a-thon Committee. He is on the board of directors for the Center for Entrepreneurial Success, in which he volunteers his time. Michael is also a volunteer with South Street Ministries and is actively involved with his church.
