CPA, MT, TAX DIRECTOR
Laura joined Bruner-Cox LLP in 2003. She has more than 13 years of consulting and taxation experience. Laura handles personal and corporate taxation with an extensive expertise serving middle-marketing corporations in the manufacturing and wholesale-distribution industries. Laura also specializes in expatriate tax matters, assisting international clients with tax planning and compliance. She is a member of the Firm’s Manufacturing and Wholesale-Distribution Services Group.
Before joining Bruner-Cox LLP, Laura worked as a tax accountant for an international accounting and consulting firm.
Laura is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University, where she was class Salutatorian and earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. She also holds a Master of Taxation degree from The University of Akron.
She is a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Laura is also a member of The Greater Akron Chamber’s Knowledgeable Network of Women and is currently serving on the social service committee.
