CPA, MT, TAX MANAGER

Laura joined the Firm in 2003 and has more than seven years of consulting and taxation experience. Before joining Bruner-Cox LLP, Laura worked as a senior tax accountant for an international accounting and consulting firm. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University where she was class Salutatorian and earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science Degrees in accounting.  Laura also holds a Master of Taxation Degree from the University of Akron.

Laura's experience includes personal and corporate taxation with extensive expertise serving middle-market corporations in the manufacturing and wholesale-distribution industries. She is a member of the Firm’s Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution Services Group, which concentrates on internal and external education related to manufacturing operations and industry trends.

Laura is a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Akron Chamber's KNOW (Knowledgeable Network of Women).
