CPA, GENERAL SERVICES SENIOR MANAGER

Greg Blasiman joined Bruner-Cox LLP in 1985.  He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and minors in computer science, management and economics.

Greg has many years of experience working with clients such as construction companies, manufacturing companies, colleges and universities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, insurance companies, retail grocery stores, and employee benefit plans. He has assisted these clients in the following areas:

• operational consulting
• budget preparations
• cash flow analysis
• overhead application
• documentation of claims

As a member of the Firm’s Accounting and Audit Standards Committee, Greg has been involved in setting the Firm’s policies and standards for audit, review and compilation services. He has conducted in-house continuing professional education (CPE) courses related to the Statements of Financial Accounting Standards and the AICPA’s Statements of Auditing Standards.

Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is past treasurer, secretary and current President-elect for the Jackson Township Rotary Club, past treasurer and current vice-chairman for the Stark County/Canton Convention and Visitor's Bureau, current treasurer for Vote Libraries for the Stark County District Library and is current treasurer for Faith Presbyterian Church in Akron.
