CPA, MT, TAX DIRECTOR

Anna joined Bruner-Cox LLP in 1999. She received her master’s degree in taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Akron. With more than 15 years of accounting experience, Anna focuses on providing tax services to privately-owned businesses in a variety of industries, including nonprofit and health care.

She is a member of the Firm’s Nonprofit and Health Care Services Group.  Anna is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She has given numerous presentations in the area of nonprofit tax law and has presented for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has taught for Kent State University Stark Campus, as an adjunct professor in the accounting department.

Anna also serves as Perry Township Trustee. In this elected position, she works closely with residents, community leaders and businesses.

She was honored in 2008 by YStark! as one of Stark County's Top 20 Under 40. Anna is a graduate of the 16th class of Leadership Stark County Signature Program, co-founder and treasurer of the Canine Education Association, Inc. and is past board member of Leadership Stark County. She serves on various community committees including, Affinity Medical Center Community Advisory Committee, and was appointed by State Auditor Mary Taylor to serve on her Community Advisory Committee.
