CPA/ABV, CVA, SENIOR VALUATION ANALYST

Chris Daianu joined Bruner-Cox LLP in 1996 after a career which included a controller position and mortgage creditor. Before joining Bruner-Cox LLP, Chris was a senior associate with an international accounting firm.  He graduated from Walsh University in 1988 with a Bachelors degree in accounting. 

Currently, Chris is involved with financial statement review and preparation, audit and accounting services for clients in various industries, and analyzing computer and control environments.  Specifically, Chris has experience in the following areas: 

• preparing valuations of companies or their business units
• designing and implementing management information systems to address sophisticated user needs
• preparing financial projection models to aid businesses in evaluating strategic courses of action or obtaining debt and equity financing

Chris has been involved with over 75 valuation engagements, working in merger/acquisition situations, buy/sell agreements and shareholder buy-outs, estate and gift taxes.

He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is  a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
