The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has initiated a 54-day amnesty program from April 26, 2010 through June 18, 2010. The program waives all penalties and 50% of the interest if all delinquent tax liabilities existing as of June 30, 2009 are paid by June 18, 2010.
The Department began mailing notifications April 23, 2010 to all known delinquent taxpayers. This notification provides the taxpayer the opportunity to review their account according to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue records.
