Effective April 1, 2010, the Stark County Ohio sales & use tax rate will decrease to 6.0%. Currently, the Stark County tax rate is 6.5%.  In November 2009, Stark County voters decided to repeal the 0.5% tax hike that took effect April 1, 2009.
