Paul Syler is admitted as partner and Eldon Jones passes away. |

Jack Bruner and Paul Cox are added as partners. Jack Bruner was dedicated to keeping abreast of new technologies, and under his leadership, the firm developed a data processing department, which was later expanded when the firm joined into a partnership with another accounting firm to process client general ledgers and develop numerous inventory control systems for retail clients. |

Ron Graves, a former IRS agent, is admitted as partner. The Firm name changes to Bruner, Cox, Lotz, Syler & Graves. |

After the deaths of two partners, it becomes clear that the Firm's management structure must change from a sole proprietorship to a client service team approach — a common practice today but almost unheard of at the time. |

Bob Carr is admitted as partner. Together, Ron Graves and Bob Carr further develop the Firm's policies and procedures, including centralizing the hiring process and scheduling for engagements and implementing consistent audit, review and compilation programs. |
| 1977 - 1987 |
Bernie Lepkowski, John Finnucan (managing partner from 1994 - 2003), Tom Clevenger, and Steve Pittman are admitted as partners. |

Greg McNulty is admitted as partner. The Firm also becomes a regionally-exclusive member of the McGladrey Network, remaining independent but gaining access to national and international resources. |

Lou Maglione becomes a partner. |

The Firm name changes to Bruner-Cox LLP. |
| 1996 |
In response to changing client needs, CFS of Northeastern Ohio, Ltd. opens its doors as an affiliate of Bruner-Cox LLP. Financial personnel placement services are now offered. |

Bruner-Cox LLP acquires Drexler, Markowski, Zaucha, expanding the Firm's presence in Akron. Ron Manse, the Firm's current managing partner, and Bob Marks are admitted as partners. |

Scott Warburton is admitted as partner. Two additional affiliated companies are formed: BC Basics, offering small business tax and accounting services, and BC Technology Solutions, providing accounting and business information systems solutions. |

Mike Markowski is admitted as partner. The Firm also celebrates its 75th anniversary. |

Bill Choler is admitted as partner. Leadership transitions from John Finnucan as managing partner to Ron Manse beginning in 2004. |
